Whole Brain Teaching

I forgot to post this video yesterday:
I found it at Little Minds at Work. I absolutely love this teacher's style! (in clothing as well) I think this approach would really work for my kiddos. I must learn more about Whole Brain Teaching. I'd love any input! I see there is a link to the website but it seems a little daunting! So much information! I'll have to carve out some time to really explore. :)- Whole Brain Teaching

  3. I have become infatuated with Whole Brain teaching this summer as well. I've looked a the site and read the first steps list- but I'm having trouble seeing the videos. Just watched this one and loved it! I played it for my eight year old and she told me she'd love to be in a class like that. She added "My teacher made us repeat things all the time, but it was boring. This teacher used gestures and that looks so much funner". Funner. Oh well, I'll worry about her grammar later. I'm sold based on her reaction. I'm going to try it, feels daunting though. Not anything like I've ever done, and no one in my building does it. Here's to being a pioneer!

  4. Just found your blog & it's so cute! I have been trying to learn more about WBT,too. The video and the website are super helpful, but I still need to know more. I love Heather's little girl's view - that's a selling point! :) I'm your newest follower & would love for you to stop by sometime:0
